it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter it is processed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have extraordinary patience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo. I have extraordinary experience with fingerprints.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The envelope was photographed, swabbed and examined.<\/p>\n<p>Then Ortiz placed it before me in a temporary evidence room established inside a nearby Coast Guard building.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can read it
