PIKE ORDER.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel stared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s why he\u2019s alive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Frank nodded slowly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPike marked the identity himself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We turned the next page.<\/p>\n<p>A note from Thomas had been clipped beside Leo\u2019s entry.<\/p>\n<p>Pike learned child is Whitmore blood. Says living boy is leverage against Charles forever.
